(ii) Creating skill classification ontology. Theskill classification ontology consists of CCSontology and support ontology. The CCSontology follows the ACM category (ACM,1998). The support ontology is an extensionmodel of the CCS ontology. The skillclassification ontology is used for retrievingexpertise.(iii) Expertise analysis of the researcher. We usethe skill classification ontology to analysethe related expertise of the researcher(described in Section 5).(iv) Creating researcher and research profile. Inthis step, we provided a generator to createthe profiles that are expressed by OWL(OWL, 2004).(v) Developing the system and including thematching and ranking process for retrievingexpertise.
