Dear Hellmann Employees,
This is a follow up survey to the 2013 Hellmann Employee Opinion Survey (EOS). It was designed by the Department of Management of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HK PolyU) to further investigate job engagement, communications, job performance and the effects national culture may have had on the EOS results.
The purpose of this survey is to support Hellmann’s management team in their efforts to improve overall ‘engagement’ and to contribute to scientific management research.
All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and there is no need to provide your name. The survey’s results will be handled in accordance with the data protection laws and will be analyzed anonymously, with no association to individual participants.
