You can see that the top 10 carriers (in red font) are shown or understood as using two methods to book just for one shipment by CS and seen as double work for management view. Though from our phone discussion, please kindly select or correct the way of CS booking for these carrier in the additional columns to see how many required ways to book for one shipment.
