You may recall that I,.......... /company........., have hired service of consultant undertaken employment to you, as set forth in the Business Advisor Agreement , dated ......., hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, heading 9 Term and Termination, subheading 9.1 Ether party may terminate an Agreement by giving 30 days‘ notice in writing to the other party.
