The differences on hierarchy levels of Chinese company and Swedish company lead to diversity of communication systems. In Chinese subsidiary company, any problem and urgency has to be reported to the superiors in order to make solution and get contact with relative department, which can be regarded as a formal communication system. In Swedish parent company, both formal and informal communication system are used.
