I went back to the labor Courts and on a hunch based on the reasons behind Lockheeds representatives court delay campaign and I found out this is how Lockheed was able to get my offer letter rescinded with GDIT. By delaying my case being entered into the courts by several actions and delays mentioned above, I would have never been able to get the no objection letter for the temporary work permit prior to 29 Jun after LM's prolonged delays during my critical GDIT transition dates and quite awhile after the fact. The case should have been entered into the labor courts within weeks yet even though I lodged a complaint about a month early on 5 May 2016, Lockheed was able to delay my case entering into the court system until 29 Jun 2016 or almost 2 solid months. This delay added almost a solid month after I was to transition to GDIT on 26 May 2016in LM directed delays. These delays was also potentially to give Lockheed time to close their local UAE office and sell the foreign business unit LMGI to unsuspecting Leidos for inheriting employees who's labor rights have been violated should they come back and lodge complaints with Lockheed which they have one year to do so. I was not able to get a no objection letter until my case entered into the courts and I went and obtained this letter on 1 Aug 2016 which states the date my case was entered into the courts 29 Jun 2016.
