3.8.1. Reduced glutathione, and oxidized glutathione
The amounts of GSH enzyme varied from 50.32 to
22.01 mmol kg1 fresh berries and GSSG enzyme ranged from 24.32
to 10.02 mmol kg1 fresh weights as shown in Fig. 5. Initial GSH and
