The Chairman informed the Meeting that has profit and would like to declare the interim dividend the amount of 329,904,798.76 Baht (Three Hundred Twenty Nine Million Nine Hundred Four Thousand and Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Baht and Seventy Six Satang). Therefore, the Chairman proposed to declare the annual dividend to the shareholders whose name are listed in the Company’s share register book as prescribed in Article 3 of the Articles of Association of the Company as follows:

1. Preference share, Class B, totalling 2,250 shares, at the rate of 132,666.67 Baht (One Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Six Baht and Sixty Seven Satang) per share, in the total amount of 298,500,007.50 Baht (Two Hundred Ninety Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand and Seven Baht and Fifty Satang); and
2. Ordinary share, Class A, totalling 20,000 shares, at the rate of 75 Baht (Seventy Five Baht) per share, in the total amount of 1,500,000 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Baht).

The total amount of dividend is 300,000,007.50 Baht (Three Hundred Million and Seven Baht and Fifty Satang).

ประธานฯ แจ้งว่า การประชุมที่มีกำไร และต้องการประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจำนวน 329,904,798.76 บาท (สามร้อยยี่สิบเก้าล้านเก้าแสนสี่ และเจ็ดร้อยเก้าสิบแปดบาทและเจ็ดสิบหกสตางค์) ดังนั้น ประธานเสนอประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลประจำปีผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีชื่ออยู่ในบริษัทสมุดจดทะเบียนตามที่กำหนดในบทที่ 3 บังคับของบริษัทเป็นดังนี้:1. ชอบแบ่งปัน Class B รวม 2,250 หุ้น ราคา 132,666.67 บาท (หนึ่งร้อยสามสิบสองพันหกร้อยหกสิบหกบาทและหกสิบเจ็ดสตางค์) ต่อหุ้น ยอดเงินรวม 298,500,007.50 บาท (สองร้อยเก้าสิบแปดล้านห้าแสน และเจ็ดบาทและห้าสิบสตางค์); และ2. สามัญ Class A รวม 20,000 หุ้น อัตรา 75 บาท (เจ็ดสิบห้าบาท) ในจำนวน 1,500,000 (หนึ่งล้านห้าแสนบาท)เงินปันผลรวมเป็น 300,000,007.50 บาท (สามร้อยล้าน และเจ็ดบาทและห้าสิบสตางค์)

ประธานฯ ได้แจ้งต่อที่ประชุมว่ามีกำไรและต้องการที่จะประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจำนวนเงิน 329,904,798.76 บาท (สามร้อยยี่สิบเก้าล้านเก้าแสนสี่พันเจ็ดร้อยเก้าสิบแปดบาทเจ็ดสิบหกสตางค์) ประธานฯ จึงเสนอให้ประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลประจำปีผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีชื่อระบุไว้ในสมุดทะเบียนของ บริษัท ฯ ตามที่กำหนดในมาตรา 3 ของข้อบังคับของ บริษัท ฯ ดังนี้1 หุ้นบุริมสิทธิ, Class B รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 2,250 หุ้นในอัตรา 132,666.67 บาท (หนึ่งแสนสามหมื่นสองพันหกร้อยหกสิบหกบาทหกสิบเจ็ดสตางค์) ต่อหุ้นในจำนวนของ 298,500,007.50 บาท (สองร้อยเก้าสิบแปดล้านห้าแสน พันเจ็ดบาทห้าสิบสตางค์); และ2 หุ้นสามัญ Class A จํานวน 20,000 หุ้นในอัตรา 75 บาท (เจ็ดสิบห้าบาท) ต่อหุ้นในจำนวน 1,500,000 (หนึ่งล้านห้าแสนบาท). จำนวนเงินรวมของเงินปันผลเป็น 300,000,007.50 บาท (สามร้อย ล้านเจ็ดบาทห้าสิบสตางค์)
