You are well aware of my displeasure with your Company charging almost double the usual rate of 10 percent by using my'bottom line' price in order to make more commission.This is not in the best interests of both the lessor or the lessee, however I have reluctantly accepted this and will pay this extortionate rate but this cannot be paid until my return.
