Article 7: Crews

At the time of delivery, the Charterer shall arrange appropriate crews mobilizing the Vessel as well as management and operation the vessel during period of charter. The owner shall assist all necessary formalities for those crews get on board the vessel. Any expenses and costs in relation with the Charterer's crews shall be at the Charterer's account.

Article 8: Change the Flag and the Name of the vessel

The owner shall submit all necessary documents to the Charterer to keep the flag and name of the vessel as well as classification , insurance after delivery.

Article 9: Maintenance and Operation

9.1 The vessel shall, during the Charter period, be in the full posession and at the absolute disposal for all purposes of the Charterer and under its complete control in every respect. The Charterer shall maintain the Vessel, her machinery, boilers, appurtenances and spare parts in a good state of repair, in efficient operating condition and in accordance with good maritime and commercial maintenance practice. The Charterer shall keep the vessel with unexpired classification of the class indicated in the schedule and with other required certification in force at all times.

9.2 The Charterer shall at its own expense and bu its own procurement man, victual, navigate, operate, supply, fuel and repair the Vessel whenever required during the charter period. Any business activity performed by the Vessel shall be for the Charterer's benefit. The Master, officers and crew of the Vessel shall be the servants of the Charterer for all purposes whatsoever during the charter period. The Charterer shall comply with the regulation regarding officers and crew in force in the country of the Vessel's Flag or any other applicable law.

9.3 The Charterer may at its own expenses make structural changes in the Vessel or changes in machinery, boilers, appurtenances or spare parts thereof.

9.4 The Charterer shall at its own expenses dry-dock the Vessel and clean and paint her underwater parts whenever the same may be necessary, as spelt out according to requirement of classification.

Article 10: Taxes, fees and expenses

Any taxes, fees and expenses in connection, with the purchase and registration in the Buyer's Nominated Flag State shall be for the Buyer's account, whereas similar charges in connection with the closing of the Seller's register shall be for the Seller's account.

All taxes, fees and expenses arise within Charterer's territory shall be at Charterer's account.
