Our Responsibilities
We will perform all services required to complete only the agreed scope of work above. We will at all times be acting as your advisor and not in any other capacity. We will not prepare the tax return without your approval on your tax calculation. PwC will also diligently present options and provide advice for DDI to consider on any issues that may arise from the current fiscal adjustments.
Our process is based on the information provided. We will not undertake an audit of the information provided by DDI to the statutory accounts, the underlying company accounts, the tax provision working papers or other statutory audit working papers or any other information/explanations. As we will not audit the information that you provide, you need to ensure this information is complete and correct.
It is important that you understand we will rely on the representations given by your personnel,
information provided by you and the answers provided to the questions raised.We will also rely on you providing us with all the information relevant to the completion of the return. We shall take care to identify issues to the best of our ability; however, we shall not accept responsibility for matters not reasonably identifiable from the information provided.
To the extent you require additional services, or the project is moving out of scope due to unusual or unforeseen reasons, we will notify you immediately and modify our engagement in writing as appropriate.
Our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and to achieve the highest professional standards in our work. As such, our work is subject to due professional care and responsibility. Nevertheless, as you are aware, Indonesia is an environment where arbitrary action and interpretations inconsistent with the law are possible, and this may impact interim and/or final outcomes.
