Because he emailed or spoke with them and they said they had paid already. Even Prometric claimed that on our list of overdue payments – some (not all) had already been paid.
YETI claimed they sent an extra $200 more than necessary to compensate and to thank us.
Hyatt claimed they paid us over a week ago ($8 K) before the invoice was even due I think. Hyatt want to get back to their bank to complain so I want us to be double certain that 1) we did not receive funds 2) that there is not some problem with our bank, or our reports in NS.
This has never happened before, and these clients (all in America) are quite trustworthy. Certainly Hyatt wouldn’t say they paid if it was not true.
