In the event of accident or if any loss, damage , etc. is found during the checking of fixed assets, the division using fixed assets shall report such fact to the director in charge of accounting without delay and follow the instruction of by the director in charge of accounting.

事故または任意の損失、損傷、等が固定資産のチェック中に見つかったかどうか、固定資産を使用した除算はその旨遅滞なく会計担当役員に報告及び会計担当役員の指示に従ってください。

事故が発生した場合、または等いかなる損失、損害は、固定資産の検査中に発見された場合、固定資産を使用する部門は、遅滞なく会計担当役員にその事実を報告し、中に監督の指示に従わなければなりません会計を担当。

事故の場合には、もしあれば損失、損害等の固定資産の点検の間、固定資産分割を用いた遅延のない会計担当のディレクターは、その事実を報告すると、命令の会計担当のディレクターによって従わなければならない。
