Several bulletins, announcements and correspondence for the British company (Thomas Cook) indicate the presence of an early organized tourism movement to the Arab countries from various European countries, particularly the United Kingdom, where (Thomas Cook) company opened offices by the twenties of the last century in Baghdad, Alexandria Aswan, Beirut, Haifa, Jerusalem, Cairo, and Port Said to facilitate the mission of services and events of its tourist groups arriving in these cities, especially since this company was organizing large and comprehensive trips covering two Arab countries or more at the same time.
