A concluding remark here is that the dispersion or its derivatives used as
models of parameter uncertainty can serve as inputs for decision-making,
but only in very simple situations. To choose between actions with possible
multiple states, the decision-maker needs to know probability distributions
over these possible states. That is, knowing the dispersions is not enough to
implement the principle of maximising the expected utility.
