K.Norasresth N. has an experience in Account Maintenance function as well, but his routine jobs on operation are lower than standard time set because his people management skill is not strong to encourage his supervision to deliver the performance as well. In addition, he should develop/coach his supervision to deliver the good performance to business as standard or above every month without any excuse in case of shortage capacity because he must manage load balance during limited capable on short working days or huge incoming applications volume in the last midmonth of each month by assigning OT hours or letting staff to take leave during long working days or the first midmonth with the strong rationale support.
To strengthen his management skill, he will be trained in various areas to develop his experience to think out of the box and have wide experience in dealing with Seniors Management. He could put more effort to encourage his staffs to deliver the good result to business every day without getting any surprise in case of his staff’s absence. In addition, he should be brave to show his experience/skill/thought to peers, other persons, especially senior management to accept the excellent idea/thinking/communication with clear conclusion on verbal and written finally.
