During the probation period either party (you and the Company) may terminate the employment giving 30 (Thirty) day’s verbal or written notice. And upon confirmation of services after the probation period, either party (you or the Company) may terminate the employment upon 30 days’ prior written notice.
On termination of your employment with the Company and/or your resignation, you are requested to return to all documents, key business contacts, assets and books of whatsoever nature in your custody, care or charge and obtain clearance from the relevant person and departments.
You would also required to provide the status, necessary information, and action steps of all on-going and/or pending assignments to your direct supervisor prior to the date of your departure.
If any declaration given or information furnished by you to the Company proves to be false or if you are found to have willfully suppressed any material information, the Company has the right to terminate your employment without compensation whatsoever.
