Eligibility
This benefit program is open for all permanent sanofi-aventis staff members and contract/ outsource employees dedicated to sanofi-aventis except
• Management team members
• HR staff
• Managers when recruiting those who will report to them or under their line of command
Payment
From 20th July, 2015 to 31st October 2015 (count on the date we received CV of the candidate)
1. The gross amount, which will be paid to you for a successful candidate is
• Baht 20,000 for recruitment of manager level
• Baht 10,000 for recruitment of Medical Representative, Product Specialist, or staff level
2. The above payments will be made in two equal installments. The first installment is payable on the first working day of the referred candidate. The second installment will be payable upon the successful probationary periods - four months after the date of joining. To qualify for the scheme, both the introducer and the recruit must still be with the company and have not given or received notice as at the date of payment.
3. All payments made under this scheme are subject to deductions for tax.
4. Where there are any disputes or discrepancies relating to payments under this program, decision of the HR Director or the General Manager will be final.
Conditions
1. Referral must be made directly to the HR personnel with the candidates’ CV. Or as indicated by the candidate in his/her application form.
2. HR will keep confidential from the candidate the cash benefit which the staff member who refers him/her will be receiving.
3. Where the same candidate is referred by more than one staff member, it will be the staff member who first makes the referral to HR who will be eligible for the reward.
4. The referral of the candidate by a staff member must be the candidate’s first potential employment contact with the company, that is, the company is not already considering the candidate or have received information on the candidate via other recruitment channel.
