Article 6(An Effectiveness and Endi

Article 6(An Effectiveness and Ending of the contract):
An effectiveness of this contract shall be for one year from the date of signing has completed. However, it shall be ended at the time of other party has received and accepted in writing in the case of either one of parties namely The Educational Facilities or The Supervising Organization desires cancellation of this contract. Furthermore, it shall be automatically extended for another one more year in the case of any such expression has not received by either The Educational Facilities or The Supervising Organization before one month in ending the first one year contract period.

Pasal 6 (An Efektivitas dan Ending kontrak):
Sebuah efektivitas kontrak ini harus selama satu tahun dari tanggal penandatanganan selesai. Namun, hal itu akan berakhir pada saat pihak lain telah menerima dan diterima secara tertulis dalam kasus salah satu pihak yaitu The Fasilitas Pendidikan atau Organisasi Pengawas keinginan pembatalan kontrak ini. Selain itu, akan diperpanjang secara otomatis selama satu tahun lagi dalam kasus setiap ekspresi tersebut belum diterima oleh salah satu The Fasilitas Pendidikan atau Organisasi Pengawas sebelum satu bulan dalam mengakhiri masa kontrak satu tahun pertama.
