However, in order to be more constructive in both sales figure and touch on operation insight, I already drafted our monthly presentation template (for bar/pine chart can be add if it helps to digest information clearer) as well as soft file for next month presentation
This will help SCA understand more, and can identify key focus by channel for us to further push. I would also encourage your RSM to join this meeting in order to let them understand our situation as we are in the same ship.
However, along the month , some slide (MTD VS LE, Call visit VS successful call) can be tracked on weekly basis and please share to us every Monday in order to assess the situation and volume gap to ensure that the results are on track. We cannot repeat the same situation as last month.
