It’s mid of October now. This is a friendly reminder to everyone to monitor your annual leave 2014. Please note that all employee have to use your annual leave by the end of year and cannot carry forward to next year.
Please plan and submit your annual leave request of November – December 2014 to HR by Friday 31st October 2014. This would help to ensure all employee manage their leave balance as well as to know who will be in & out the office, especially during holiday season in December. If you take leave more than 2 consecutive business days, ensure you have someone in charge during you are away. Please noted this will be final request for annual leave 2014, you can amend but cannot cancel.
If you are out of office, late, or take sick leave, please send email or communicate to HR. Then, HR can keep record. The problems in the past is when Employee is out of office, they inform only their Manager but the Managers does not communicate with HR. Also, leave request form should be approved and submit prior leaving date. If HR does not get the leave notice before you leave either form or email, HR reserve the right to record as absence.
Also, office will be closed on 2nd January 2015 as announced by Thai Government. Public Holidays Schedule will be sent out shortly.
