Houston’s citywide vacancy rate rose 110 basis points between quarters from 13.0%
to 14.1%, and rose by 250 basis points from 11.6% in Q2 2014. Over the quarter, the
average suburban vacancy rate increased 100 basis points from 13.0% to 14.0%,
while the average CBD vacancy rate increased 150 basis points from 12.6% to 14.1%.
