These measures for attaining the purpose of the foundation are not a complete list. The concrete measures shall be initiated based on due discretion by the board according to the specifications of the curatorship.
(4) The foundation shall be active domestically and internationally. The foundation may enter membership in organisations which directly or indirectly promote the purpose of the foundation.
(5) The funds are awarded only to a foreign body if the recipient is obligated to annually, however, not later than four months after the end of a business year submit a detailed report to account for the application of the funds received by the foundation.
