According to owner room allowed another management company to find new clients to stay in your room and Pro One Management staff is not on duty for collect water & electricity cost directly from Your Guest who used your Unit , and to avoid from misunderstanding with your guest . Then please kindly deal with your management Company that they have to collect water & electricity cost from visitors after every check out and please make a payment to us immediately because it to be reveal for all departments and the main purpose is also Owner room can check all record report about your Unit how many time been used with us and compare with report of your management company that find clients to stay in your room.
