components through which the vibrations are transmitted, that
in most cases is the seat.
Vibration spectrum on the pilot’s seat represents a seat construction
response to an excitation of the existing sources of vibration
on the aircraft. An aircraft equipped with the piston propelled
unit or engine has a number of different sources that are generating
vibration. Experiment in [9] shows the research on the C-130J
Hercules aircraft that was executed to determine the vibration
transferred to the aircraft crew. Based on research data, it was proven
that vibrations in the cargo sections of the aircraft exceed previously
stated levels and can cause discomfort and tiredness.
Research in vibration characteristics carried out on military propeller
type aircrafts, WC/C-130J, C-130H3 and the E-2C Hawkeye
are presented in [10]. It emphasized the influence of vibration that
happens on BPF (Blade Pass Frequency) and PRF (Propeller Rotation
Frequency), that also have influence the crew of the aircraft. It is
confirmed that the vibrations of 102 Hz occurring at the BPF on
the aircraft WC/C-130J have a significant influence on the decrease
of psycho-physical condition of the aircraft crew. Research in
vibration dynamic characteristics and their impact on E-2C Hawkeye
two-engine plane crew (four blade propeller aircraft of the
US Navy), has revealed that in one year 80% of the plane crew felt
pain in the neck and/or back [11]. In papers [9,12,13] it has been
