- Develop Relationships with key influencers to generate sales of iHome solutions to real estate developers in Thailand
- Maintain excellent relationship with architect & building designer network
- Promote and sell iHome services from existing & prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing & potential customers.
- Ability to close your clients within a short period of time.
- Establish, develop and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
- Make telephone calls & emails, as well as physical presentations to customers.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develop clear and effective proposals & quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Coordinate sales effort with Project Manager and Top Management.
- Supply Management with oral reports on a weekly basis
REQUIREMENTS :
- Thai nationals only.
- Must possess at least 3 years experience in a similar Business Development position.
- A network of architects, interior designers and / or real estate developers is an advantage
- Must possess excellent english verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
