Describing the “human” clearly, the most critical is to understand what kind of person is needed for the corresponding positions, so you can identify the person's qualifications. First, “qualifications” are an analysis of minimum qualifications in job analysis; second, important and difficult of the “qualifications” is how to accurately analyze a position to the core / key competencies / conditions.
