Business Development & Sales Engineer / Manager (3 positions)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop Relationships with key influencers to generate sales of iHome solutions to VIP customers in Thailand
- Develop Relationships with key influencers to generate sales of iHome solutions to real estate developers in Thailand
- Maintain excellent relationship with architect & building designer network
- Promote and sell iHome services from existing & prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing & potential customers.
- Ability to close your clients within a short period of time.
- Establish, develop and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
- Make telephone calls & emails, as well as physical presentations to customers.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develop clear and effective proposals & quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Coordinate sales effort with Project Manager and Top Management.
- Supply Management with oral reports on a weekly basis
REQUIREMENTS :
- Thai nationals only.
- Must possess at least 3 years experience in a similar Business Development position.
- A network of architects, interior designers and / or real estate developers is an advantage
- Must possess excellent english verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Home Automation Technician - Thailand
GENERAL SUMMARY :
- Be Responsible of Automation Control Box staging following board design and load schedule.
- Commissioning at customer site, respecting the planning and wiring layout.
- Do virtual configuration of devices (Interface, actuators, dimmers…) And controllers (switches, touchscreens, scenario controllers…), Set up gateway and routers for remote control.
- Maintenance on site and remotely from office.
- Follow training to update skills and technology monitoring.
- Manage material and tools following stock availability and delivery order.
- Report to management, follow process and safety rule.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Technician degree in automation/electrical.
- Minimum 3 year experience in automation. Ideally home automation
- Software Programming: Legrand, BTicino, Somfy, Crestron, DynDNS and IP config.
- Hardware staging: Legrand, Bticino, Crestron, Somfy, Omron, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Bose.
PREFERRED SKILLS :
- Experience in home automation: Sound system, lighting, curtain, video system, scenarios, temperature control.
- Programming: Virtual configurator, MyHome suite, ScenariX, Webserver and Scheduler configuration, IP config.
- Staging: Knowledge about Webserver, scheduler, actuator, controller, touchscreen, scenario.
- Can report to management
