I’m a attendant in thai restaurant, my responsibility is a table service and my manager assigned me to take care a big table for 15 person, usually 1 staff shouldn’t take care not over 10 guests but on that day we’ve fully book and everybody were busy with their work that they have to carry in the other hands we’ve been a very good planning to managing our staff during that time when guests start to come each staff will tale care their response and before work by dividing section and job assignment. When we start to service almost of the guests they really enjoy with service and our food, only one table that they complaint about music from thai musician in that time we not allow her to play, guests quite upset because he expect that he can enjoy with. So I apologize guests and offer for complementary of beverage but guests still complain again the same problem so I go to inform my manager about the problem that we have so I discuss with her for how to solve this problem I give an idea for can we offer for next dinner for them to come again and we will make guests satisfied. Guests so happy after I offer for next meal. That’s day suppose to be busy more than what happen on that time according we’ve very good communicate among team worker and we prepare for all situation that can happen, then we had complete our work without any complain and we got a very good comment of service from guests.
