The rapid process of economic
globalization, revolutionary technologies innovation,
sharp decrease in the product life cycle, uncertain
demand and supply, and increasing industry
competition lead to an unpredictable and dynamic
commerce environment which may bring a lot of
uncertainties to enterprises. An integrated view on
an e-commerce static and dynamic environment is
presented. In order to accurately characterize new
competition rules, economy effects and economics
law in e-commerce environment, the authors do a
series of theoretical and empirical research on an
e-commerce environment from statically new effects
and dynamically new characteristics. Meanwhile, the
static model based on the industrial competitive basis,
enterprise value network, the core business activities,
and product/service, and the dynamic model based
on the instability, uncertainty, agility, complexity,
novelty are proposed.
