Dear Mrs. Chawunpuch! I understand that it is not easy for you to pay in advance the deposit money because you are abroad but without the deposite we are left in a very difficult business situation. Miyabi is blocking for your group the whole restaurant, we will prepare all the special meals for 31 people and would wait in fear whether your group arrive. It actually happened in the past that we were left with a considerable loss and could do nothing …. we did not take the deposite and the group did not arrive and took no resposibility.
I believe that in your case this would not happen but still cannot you think about a way how to assure us that the dinner will occure as is planned and ordered? Maybe the hotel Ibis may help.
