Venner white oak 1mm, 2mm flat cut,

Venner white oak 1mm, 2mm flat cut, we spent a lot of time to check many suppliers below:
- Hung Son: this is ex-suplier, we use long time ago. But this time, from Jan until now, they import full container with grain on surface, this is rejected. Until now, they haven’t import new material yet, until they sale out old material. ( see picture 1, 2, 3). No require MOQ
- Hang Thinh: this is new supplier, we already worked with them few times. But recenty time, their venner has problem with light grain, after drying, some light nut will appear in surface. This is also rejected. And they also don’t have new other material until sale out old one. (see picture 1, 2, 3). No require MOQ
- Hung Dai Phat: this is new supplier, we already worked with them few times. But their major veneer is cross cut, not flat cut. For temporary solution, we ask them to cut & separate between cut flat & cross flat. They agree to do that, but they don’t have much venner like this. (see picture 4, 5). No require MOQ
- Long Viet: this is new suppler. Cheap price but can’t do picky pcs, whatever they cut, we have to receive all. MOQ: 1,000 m2

Normally, in the market, 0.6mm flat cut is very popular in Vietnam with good quality & supplier have stock, MOQ: 50m2. But supplier also can’t make sure all pcs same color together. And we have to accept any color they sale in bundle.

Note that: all above information without FSC or PEFC certificare.

Is there any way to change drawing or adjust venner in order to ship late?

Venner sồi trắng 1mm, 2mm cắt phẳng, chúng tôi đã dành rất nhiều thời gian để kiểm tra nhiều nhà cung cấp bên dưới:
- Hùng Sơn: đây là cựu suplier, chúng tôi sử dụng thời gian dài trước đây. Nhưng lần này, từ ngày cho đến bây giờ, họ nhập khẩu container đầy đủ với hạt trên bề mặt, điều này bị bác bỏ. Cho đến bây giờ, họ đã không nhập khẩu vật liệu mới nào, cho đến khi họ bán ra vật liệu cũ. (Xem hình 1, 2, 3). Không cần MOQ
- Hằng Thịnh: đây là nhà cung cấp mới, chúng tôi đã làm việc với họ vài lần. Nhưng lần mới đây, Venner của họ có vấn đề với hạt ánh sáng, sau khi sấy khô, một số hạt ánh sáng sẽ xuất hiện ở bề mặt. Điều này cũng bị từ chối. Và họ cũng không có vật liệu khác mới cho đến khi bán ra một tuổi. (xem hình 1, 2, 3). Không cần MOQ
- Hưng Đại Phát: đây là nhà cung cấp mới, chúng tôi đã làm việc với họ vài lần. Nhưng veneer chính của họ là cắt chéo, không phẳng cắt. Đối với giải pháp tạm thời, chúng tôi yêu cầu họ cắt và tách biệt giữa cắt phẳng và vượt qua bằng phẳng. Họ đồng ý làm điều đó, nhưng họ không có nhiều Venner như thế này. (xem hình 4, 5). Không cần MOQ
- Long Việt: đây là suppler mới. Giá rẻ nhưng không thể làm chiếc cầu kỳ, bất cứ điều gì họ cắt, chúng ta phải nhận được tất cả. MOQ: 1.000 m2 Thông thường, trên thị trường, 0.6mm cắt phẳng rất phổ biến ở Việt Nam với chất lượng tốt và nhà cung cấp có cổ, MOQ: 50m2. Nhưng nhà cung cấp cũng không thể chắc chắn rằng tất cả các chiếc cùng màu với nhau. Và chúng ta phải chấp nhận bất kỳ màu nào họ bán trong bó. Lưu ý rằng:.
