Bpern is quite unhappy with this small case. In last 2 weeks she send inquiry 3 times to confirm installation at Jan 6th (date agreed with customer). No answer at all until yesterday Jan 5th and telling there is no product to install. I think they should have order light already when they got information from you. At least they should answer Bpern inquiries. Now they contact you, when shit is in pants already. Maybe you should have a small discussion of how to keep customers informed.
