If a foreigner would like to regist

If a foreigner would like to register his/her car,he/she is required to have valid papers and recommendation letter from Foreigner Administration office.

Nếu một người nước ngoài muốn đăng ký xe hơi của mình, ông/bà là cần thiết để có giấy tờ hợp lệ và thư giới thiệu từ người nước ngoài quản lý văn phòng.

Nếu người nước ngoài muốn đăng ký / xe của mình, anh / cô ấy được yêu cầu phải có giấy tờ hợp lệ và thư giới thiệu của văn phòng nước ngoài Administration.
