يتحمل مدير الصندوق اتعاب و مصاريف اعضاء المستشار الشرعي للصندوق. كما يحتفظ مدير الصندوق بالحق في اجراء اي تعديلات مع اخذ الموافقة المسبقة من اعضاء مجلس ادارة الصندوق و هيئة السوق المالية عند الحاجة

Results (Arabic) 1:

The Fund Manager shall bear the fees and expenses of the members of the Fund's legal counsel. The Fund Manager also reserves the right to make any adjustments with the prior approval of the members of the Board of the Fund and the financial market authority when needed

Results (Arabic) 2:

Fees borne by the Fund Manager and members of the legal adviser to the fund expenses. Fund Manager also reserves the right to make any adjustments with the prior approval of the members of the Board of Directors of the Fund and the Capital Market Authority when needed

Results (Arabic) 3:

The fund manager's legal counsel fees and expenses of members of the fund. As the fund manager reserves the right to make any amendments taken with the prior consent of the members of the board of directors and the capital market authority when needed.
