If the market price (actual value)

If the market price (actual value) of acquired securities is much lower than the acquisition price and is unlikely to rise to the acquisition price the book value of such securities shall be evaluated at the market price.

Results (Japanese) 1:

取得した有価証券の市場価格 (実際の値) は取得価格よりはるかに低い、その他有価証券の帳簿価額を取得価額に上昇する可能性がない場合は、市場価格で評価しなければなりません。

Results (Japanese) 2:

取得された有価証券の市場価格（実績値）が取得価格よりはるかに低いと当該有価証券の帳簿価額は、市場価格で評価しなければならない取得価格に上昇しにくくなる場合。
