LED Headlight Introduction :
1. The use of LED technology is a recent development in the automotive lighting industry, if provides beneฤits in terms of light output and reduced environmental impact.
2. Out LED light provice high power, a wide working temperature range and are constructed using high quality imported chips.

Low glare : Uniform illumination and good cut-off greatly reduces the chance of dazzing on-coming traffic.
3. Digital circuit design : Using digital drivers results in greater than 90% efficiency.
4. The unique passive heat-sink design over comes the limitation of a small radating area to provide effective cooling.
5. Scientific optical pronciples are incorporated during the design to ensure that the light output and illumination pattern are optimized for original squipment reflector and projector lamps.
6. The design has good water, corrosion, impact and vibration resistance.

3. Function of the DRL : When driving, if can be used as a daytime running light, to improve driving safety and also operate as warning light at night or when parking, which makes the vehicie safer.

ACC/ Show Side Light/Double Flash/ Turn Signal Lamp etc.

Security Protection Mode and Function
1. When the active cooling operation is abnormal, the system will automatically warn the driver.
2. The Driver should slow down, if necessary (and safe to do so) the driver should stop the car to investigare the cause of the abnormal lighting condition.
3. When the system operation is abnormal, the active protectionfunction will be activated, this ensures the headlamps can continue their basic, function and the vehicle can continue driving at night.
4. The product comes with EMC anti-electromagntic interference function and an automatic CAN bus decoding function.
Safety Lighting Protection Mode
1. High beam : Should the unit’s temperature become too high, the headlight will turn off for 0.1 seconds every minute. If will automatically switch to low beam after 3 minutes.
2. Low beam : After switching to low beam, the headlight will flash 0.1 seconds every three minutes, after three consecutive flashs, the light output will be reduced by 10%.
3. If the temperature of the headlight is still is increasing under the above protection mode, the wywtem will automatically adjust the current to ensure light output is maintained.
