Irregular shaped anatase TiO2 was synthesized through the solvothermal method. The
charecterization of synthesized TiO2 powder was studied by XRD, SEM and EDS analysis. The
high photocatalytic activity of the synthesized TiO2 powder in degradation of mixed MB and MO
can be explained in terms of their surface charge and the amount of synthesized TiO2 powder
