Internet speed in Vietnam returned to normal last night after a broken part of the Asia-America Gateway (AAG) undersea fiber optic cable line in Hong Kong had been fixed. The cable system broke early this month due to Typhoon Nida, Tuoi Tre newspaper reported.

The AAG system, which accounts for 70% of Vietnam’s international Internet traffic, has been disrupted several times in recent years due to different reasons.
