The vision and values (Five Talls) are communicated
to our employees and key stakeholders using a wide
variety of methods, including distribution of the Blueprint
to all employees. Our popular employee newsletter,
QUEST, includes an article in each issue on how
employees have demonstrated our values. We also have
a reward/recognition program linked to our values,
called the Five Talls Award. There is information on our
web site, available to both employees and the public, and
the mission, vision, and values are communicated via
meetings, posters, banners, wallet cards, binder inserts,
videos and training workshops.
