Please let me explain the resons that why Service Dept. hurry to take out the demo product . We would like to prepare the part for the job incoming from the Saleman who will
take products to repair at the end of this month. Moreover, long lead time and no plan for part production from WPC, SVD will have planed to stock parts for previous and current models.
We understand that the way of using Class B/D for SVD is a temporally option, not permanent policy and always consider marketing schedule.
Could you please consider the available exclusive for service of using Class B/D otherwise SVD or Sale Dept. has to change new set to the dealer / customer. ( No part for repair / Waiting part
for long time. )

Also, I found that the previous models will be taken out from demo board, and SVD will plan to go to WH on Friday. Thus, I would like you to check the availability of these models to take out parts for service repair.
