Now you can easily respond to guests’ requests in your Booking.com Extranet. This new easy-to-use tool replaces the need to contact guests by email, phone or Booking.com’s Customer Service Team. We’ll notify you of any new or pending requests on your Extranet Dashboard.
In your Bookings Tab, pending requests will appear with the reservation under “Guest comments”. You can filter for pending requests by selecting “Show all pending requests”. To respond to requests from your Bookings Tab, click Reply. We have email templates allowing you to Accept, Request on Arrival, or Deny any guest request. You can also write your own response, but please note these will not be translated!
You can also reply to your requests from your dashboard – just click the pending request and respond accordingly. In case you ever need to recall past guest request communication, we keep a history correspondence.
