I am deeply sorry i do not have the DHL posting charge fees and i could i have help you.
I want you to know i am just on a missionary journey here the only money i have now is just about 80 dollar.
So if you can send me the remaining 140 dollar and i will help you complete it with the 80 dollar have here with me without asking you for paying back.
But if you cannot and I pray God to turn around your situation and make provision for you to paid for the DHL posting fees.
