15. Interaction With Distributors
a. Stockists play Two major roles, 1. as a stockist and 2. also as a distributor. Thus, when Stockist(s) interact with distributors, they must have a clear demarcation of their respective roles.
b. The STOCKIST must at all times communicate positively and effectively when interacting with the distributors because this will directly affect the thoughts and behavior of the distributors.
c. The STOCKIST must be unselfish, be encouraging, building up one another, giving positive criticism and provide uniform services to the distributors irrespective of the group.
d. The STOCKIST too can be a feedback channel between the distributors and company. Problems and grouses from the distributors can be channeled to the company and information and solutions from the company can be channeled to the distributors.
