Please be inform that The performance appraisal form must return to HR as the date is mentioned on the form to avoid having to pay severance pay to the employee if he or she does not pass probation
Important Note : The probation period should not be longer that 119 days in order to avoid having to pay severance pay to the employee if he or she does not pass probation.
In addition, if the employer terminates the employee during probation period the employer must comply with the Labor protection law by giving the employee advance notice
