Analyse and document the needs of BUs and users; this documentation will form the basis for establishing implementation specifications.
Contribute knowledge of business procedures and systems.
Serve as intermediary between SMT users, Regional ERP team and Local Consultants
Analyse the existing operational/business procedures and suggest ways to improve them using M3.
Coordinate the planning, execution and validation of user requirements and ensure that all requirement to achieve the scopes and requirements
Edit reference documents, revise existing documentation (business procedures, user guides, test plans, system documentation and procedures) and propose changes to facilitate the training of users and the integration of new procedures and technologies.
Prepare training material and/or update existing materials and prepare for future training
Participate in the preparation of cost-benefit analyses, as well as all phases of analysis, so as to define the BU’s needs of business, and participate in implementing changes and projects.
Help BUs to evaluate and plan users workloads
If need be, assume the role of local process owners/project leader, perhaps directing those persons involved in the projects
