Thanks very much for preparing this. I’ve modified it somewhat from what you provided me with - please see the attached further.
Please see my clarifications in RED along the top of the schedule headings, and please double-check the figures in RED (columns D & F) which I modified (I hope understood your original figures correctly). Column D should reflect the expected total cost for each line-item, and column F should reflect the total cost of what has been recorded to Fixed Assets through June 30’14. The difference between the values in D and F are then reflected in column G – this will give everyone an idea of what has not yet been purchased/delivered yet.
I trust this all makes better sense now.
Please make any other changes which may be necessary to finalize the schedule through June 30 and send back to me by Monday. You may wish to review with Varghese also to make sure he is aware since we’ll be including this schedule with the board package this month.
