Within the first 3 months, new employees will receive an invitation to the New-To-Chevron Workshop from the On-Boarding Champion. This 2-day workshop is the session where you will learn more about Chevron history, business, values, and culture. You will also be introduced to topics that will help you develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviors in order to become a valued and successful Chevron employee. So look for the invitation!
