1. Plan short and long-term sales/marketing objectives for assigned market, includes specific sales action plans.
2. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in an assigned market and meeting agreed sales targets
3. Directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
4. Observe and identify market opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans
5. Development of team members towards corporate growth by motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
