As you may have been informed of the new proposed time for HH finance/accounting department, I would like to inform you that there is only one concern raised to me. I have explained the reasons for the change and I have a welcome acceptance on the change.
I would like to let you all know the reason for the change to feel the same comfort level of the change.
The reason of the change is to make sure that we have better control of our operation and minimize any possibilities for any mishap, especially if only one personnel is available. This should result in better services to everyone and students under verifiable condition. In addition, HH function will change and involve other works for the organization in addition to being cashier and dealing with invoices. This will help us to plan, perform, communicate and serve others better.
Friday has historically been low in activities. We should have no impact if everyone works together and plan accordingly. As we have stated, if there is an event or deadlines that land or approximate to Friday, please let us know upfront to provide the support on those Fridays.
